Our bullbars and bumpers are produced in the main with certified FUPD compliance or FUPS compatible versions. We manufacture and specialize in Heavy Duty bullbars and bumpers for the HD Truck market. Head office & Manufacturing based in Dandenong Victoria using precision manufacturing CNC laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, CNC brake press, five axis CNC aluminium profile router, the latest digital welding equipment with water cooled torches enabling quality welding on a consistent basis plus professional in-house robotic polishing is used. Solidworks and AutoCad software is utilized to model design and assist in the production of our products. In-house FUPD/FUPS testing with external verification and certification of all FUPD/FUPS bullbars and bumpers is performed at our Dandenong facility. All FUPD tests used to connect the FUPD to part of the vehicle chassis or to the rigid test bench shall be equivalent to those used to secure the FUPD when it is installed to the vehicle. A compliance plate is fitted to the bar on the left upright as required by legislation We have sales and fitment facilities in our Dandenong and Tamworth facilities plus our QLD distributor Bullbars for Trucks.
